JOB DESCRIPTION

+ Accurately implement drawings, technical standards, and construction methods.

+ Directly manage and supervise construction work, including construction teams/groups, subcontractors, and suppliers.

+ Ensure construction work is carried out according to procedures, managing quality, occupational safety and hygiene, and progress within the assigned area of responsibility.

+ Manage materials and equipment, calculate and verify construction quantities.

Job details will be discussed during the interview.

Work locations: Ho Chi Minh City, Vung Tau, Can Tho, Hau Giang, Hanoi, Thai Binh, Hai Phong, etc.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

+ Graduated from a reputable university with a major in Civil and Industrial Construction.

+ At least 2 years of experience in a similar position

Male, aged 24-32. Preference will be given to candidates with good health and experience in constructing high-rise buildings or factories.

Energetic, flexible, collaborative with colleagues, and responsible.

+ Proficient in specialized computer software such as: CAD, Project, Office

+ Good analytical skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team.

+ Ability to withstand work pressure

Willing to travel on business as directed by the company.

Preference will be given to candidates with English communication skills.
