II. Strategy for the faculty team
Developing the faculty, technicians have always been particularly interested in and identified as the key factor in improving the quality of training, scientific research, and technology transfer. With human resources that have been and are trained at prestigious and foreign educational facilities such as America, Germany, France, the Russian Union, Australia, Japan, South Korea, China... as well as at the University of the Building of Hanoi... the diversity of expertise, country of training and field of research that forms important platforms that help the Department constantly change the method of teaching, complete the program and respond to the request for technological transfer.
The team development goal:
- Number and structure: Conspiracy for the school in recruitment work to ensure sufficient number of instructors to meet the FTE index by regulations; the struggle to reach 2030 increases the PhD rate to ~70%; the GS, PGS rate takes ~30%.
- Skill: Advanced Mastering Skills, increased the number of lecturers capable of teaching in foreign languages (English and French); digital applications in teaching as well as TTTN and KSTN guidelines. Increase the lecturer rate finishing scientific hours ~90%. Increase International Publishing (ISI, Scopus) as well as patents, useful solutions.
- Motivation and Mounting: Building a Teaching Environment, Professional Learning, Freedom and Creation. Create a deal, a fair reward to attract high-quality resources focused on the construction technology field, BIM, digital simulations...
- Administer and inheritance: Plans and development of the adjacent faculty team for team heads as well as department leaders; personnel rating based on KPI.
- Expanding the Partners Network: Connecting with prestigious businesses to update and improve training programs, combining academic and practical production for lecturers as well as TTTN for students; creating scholarships and job opportunities; promoting research, publishing science and passing technology.
