The Faculty's Scientific and Training Council was established by Decision No. 459/QD-DHXD signed by the Rector on May 6, 2021, with the task of advising the Dean on the following matters:
1. Training, ensuring the quality of education, and scientific and technological activities;
2. Develop the faculty and scientific research staff of the department;
3. Opening new majors and specializations, implementing and canceling training programs; orienting the development of science and technology, planning science and technology activities; assigning tasks related to training, science and technology within the faculty;
4. Checking and evaluating the learning and training results of students;
5. Improve the quality of training and ensure the quality of graduates;
6. Evaluate the organization and management of training, scientific and technological activities of the faculty.
