1. Training objectives

1.1 Overall Objectives

- To train high-quality human resources, conduct scientific research, and transfer advanced technology in the construction sector to meet the needs of the country's industrialization, modernization, and international integration.

- The Construction Engineering Technology major trains engineers with a solid foundation and in-depth knowledge, practical professional skills, research and creative abilities necessary to solve problems related to idea generation, design of construction methods , implementation of construction activities and operation of civil works. The training program also prepares students to work in fields requiring advanced knowledge of construction engineering technology, or to prepare for postgraduate studies.

1.2 Specific objectives

Graduates from the Construction Engineering Technology major will be able to:

- Applying knowledge of mathematics, basic sciences, fundamental engineering principles, and contemporary technological solutions to develop ideas, design construction methods , implement construction activities, and operate civil engineering projects.

- Possess personal, professional, communication, and teamwork skills, as well as foreign language proficiency, ensuring effective work in a dynamic social context and a multidisciplinary, multicultural, and multinational work environment.

- Possessing relevant knowledge of economics, politics, society, and law, and having the ability and willingness to commit to professional ethics and lifelong learning in order to make effective contributions to the sustainable development of society and the community.
