Due to business expansion needs, the company is recruiting for the following positions: Design Engineer (5 positions) , Quantity Surveyor (2 positions) , Construction Engineer (3 positions) , AutoCAD Drafter (3 positions) , specifically as follows:

1. Design Engineer :

Job description:

Structural design and project management for assigned design projects or project components include:

• Calculation and design of reinforced concrete and prestressed reinforced concrete structures.
• The initial idea and calculation results are then used by the draftsman to develop the drawing and check its quality.
• Manage design quality, contract volume, and work schedule throughout the design and construction phases of a project.
• Interact and coordinate with other departments within the company to complete assigned tasks.
• Interact, coordinate, and hold meetings with clients and investors.
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports for internal company reporting and client inquiries.
• Other details may vary depending on the project.

Request:

• Graduated from a reputable university with a relevant major, with a GPA of at least "good".
• Experience: 0-2 years
• Possess a solid understanding of structural mechanics, strength of materials, and building materials.
• Knowing how to use English is an advantage.
• Honest, trustworthy, quick-witted, and responsible in their work.

Job description:

Project management or assigned project item management includes:

• Project technical documentation management (Drawings, material specifications, construction method documents, etc.)
• Materials, supplies, and equipment management
• Manage subordinate staff and subcontractors to ensure safety, quality, and timely completion.
• Interact and coordinate with other departments within the company to complete assigned tasks.
• Interact, coordinate, and hold meetings with clients and investors.
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports for internal company reporting and client inquiries.

Request:

• Graduated from a regular university program with a relevant major.
• Know how to use AutoCAD, MS Excell, MS Words, MS Project.
• Knowing how to use English is an advantage.
• Honest, trustworthy, quick-witted, and responsible in their work.
• 0-3 years of experience

Interest:

• Salary: 8-15 million VND.
• Responsibility allowance; allowance for working away from home; allowance for food, accommodation, travel, and telephone expenses, depending on the specific job and position held.
