RECRUITMENT OF CONSTRUCTION TECHNICIANS: 4 PEOPLE

- Construction of projects in Hanoi (Schools, offices, infrastructure, transportation, etc.)

- Supervise and manage construction teams from the rough construction phase to the finishing touches.

- Supervising and guiding teams of workers, electrical and plumbing construction teams.

- Develop schedules, material plans, and construction methods.

- Perform material take-offs and calculate the appropriate quantities of materials for each project.

- We are recruiting recent graduates; preference will be given to candidates with at least 2-3 years of work experience.

- Capable of organizing construction work, reading blueprints, quantity surveying, preparing project quality control documents, proficient in AutoCAD, Word, Excel, etc.

- Priority will be given to candidates with construction practice certificates: supervision, design consulting for transportation/technical infrastructure/civil construction projects.

- Other tasks as required by the management.

- Salary is negotiable, ranging from 10-30 million VND/month (depending on position, qualifications, and experience).
