1. General Introduction
The Institute of Construction Engineering Technology is a scientific and technological organization under the University of Construction, established on October 27, 2017, by Decision No. 1228/QD-DHXD of the Rector of the University of Construction. The Institute has its own seal, bank account, and exercises autonomy and self-responsibility in accordance with the University's regulations and the law on the organization and operation of the Institute.
The Institute of Construction Technology has the function of organizing scientific research, development, application and transfer of construction technology and management; providing consulting services and implementing production and testing in the field of construction technology and management; and organizing professional training and development in construction engineering and management.
The Institute's staff consists of highly qualified experts and lecturers with extensive practical experience from the specialized training and research departments of the University of Civil Engineering, such as the Faculty of Civil and Industrial Construction and the Department of Construction Technology and Management. This high-quality workforce has participated in the construction of numerous nationwide projects, including many key national projects, in all fields such as investment project planning, surveying, inspection, design, verification, construction, project management, and operation and maintenance of construction works.
With its high-quality human resources, built upon the brand, facilities, and scientific and technological foundation of the University of Civil Engineering, and guided by the motto "Building sustainably - Shaping the future," the Institute of Construction Technology fully meets the practical requirements of the basic construction industry. Human resources capabilities:
The Institute has a large team of engineers and architects who are officially employed and work regularly at the Institute and on construction projects. In addition to the main staff of the Institute, the Institute also collaborates with lecturers currently teaching at the University, and depending on the nature of the work of each project, the Institute will mobilize personnel accordingly.
