The ICCEC Center - University of Civil Engineering is currently recruiting for two international joint Master's programs between the University of Civil Engineering and the following universities: National Taiwan University (NTU) and Leipzig University of Applied Sciences (HTWK) in Germany, for the academic years 2021-2023, offering many advantages in terms of finances, study time, and job opportunities.

II. Registration, Admission, and Study Schedule
1. Registration : Applicants wishing to register can do so from March 2021 to August 2021.
2. Selection and Interview Schedule :
- CT with HTWK Leipzig – Germany: Selection and Interview Round 1 on July 30, 2021;
Selection and Interview Round 2 will be held at the end of August 2021 (if there are candidates).
- CT with NTU – Taiwan: one interview on September 27, 2021
3. Class schedule for the first semester of the first year at the University of Civil Engineering :
- The CT program with HTWK-Germany started on September 6, 2021 (week 11 of the University of Civil Engineering).
- The CT program with NTU-Taiwan started on October 4, 2021 (week 15 of the University of Civil Engineering).
III. Training Model:
1. Training duration : a total of 2 years, the first year is studied at the University of Civil Engineering, the second year is studied at an international school (Taiwan, Federal Republic of Germany).
2. Training Program : Based on the NTU curriculum and the equivalent curriculum of HTWK.
3. Language: Studies are conducted in English for both years.
4. Training specializations : 2 majors
- Construction Engineering (SE): for both programs (candidates who have graduated from the basic construction engineering program)
- Construction Project Management (CEM) is only applicable to NTU (candidates who have graduated from universities in engineering fields related to: Civil Engineering, Architecture and Planning, Sustainable Architecture, Transportation Engineering, Construction Economics, Environmental Engineering, Hydraulic Engineering, Marine Engineering, Construction Management, Water Supply and Drainage Engineering, etc.).
III. Candidate Requirements:
- Under 40 years old
- Must have graduated from a university in Vietnam or internationally (including international students), with a relevant major, no restrictions on university GPA.
- English proficiency at level B2 (certificates may not be required during the application process; students can improve their English during their studies and reach the required level later).
- Submit your application and attend an English interview (no exam required).
IV. General advantages of the programs:
- No entrance exam required, just submit your application and attend an interview.
- The cost of studying and living in Taiwan and Germany is low, and financial support is available during the second year of study at NTU.
- The first-year study schedule is flexible, making it suitable for those who are currently working.
- Receive comprehensive advice and support regarding the study program, during your studies, and with admission procedures, visa applications, etc., throughout both years.
- Getting acquainted with the methods step-by-step and studying in English in the first year meant there wasn't much pressure in my studies. Most of the subjects were taught in the first year at the University of Civil Engineering.
