Freshman Welcome Program

1. General Introduction

The freshman orientation program is a common event at universities and colleges at the beginning of each academic year, helping new students quickly integrate and better understand the school and their chosen field of study. For the University of Construction in general, and the Faculty of Civil and Industrial Construction in particular, it is also an event that demonstrates the maturity of student union activities, student movements, and special attention to new students.

Every year, the organizing committee is deeply honored to receive the attention, support, and presence of the School's Board of Directors, the Youth Union, the Faculty's Board of Directors, department leaders, homeroom teachers, the Faculty of Construction's Student Union, and clubs such as X50, SPEC, TCM, the Student Volunteer Team, and especially the new students and guests. At the ceremony, new students were introduced to and had their questions answered regarding their studies, exams, scholarships, and student union activities. The Faculty's Board of Directors also presented well-deserved awards to students who achieved high rankings in the Olympic competitions, the Outstanding Student competition, scientific research, and the top-scoring entrance exam candidates.
