Every year, student union members of the Faculty of Civil and Industrial Construction are always the core force and promising candidates participating in union activities and student movements of the University of Construction, especially in the university's traditional sports competitions. Students participate in these activities in large numbers, in a full range of sports such as basketball, men's football, women's football, table tennis, volleyball, badminton, etc., and achieve many outstanding results for both individuals and teams.

The Faculty of Civil Engineering's volleyball team is currently competing.
Besides the physical education and sports activities organized by the school, under the guidance and direction of the Faculty's leadership, the Faculty's traditional football tournament, held annually, has also created a great buzz within the school and is eagerly anticipated and enthusiastically participated in by students. The tournament is organized on a large scale with substantial prizes, involving over 60 teams from affiliated student branches, and is usually held on the occasion of the anniversary of the founding of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union on March 26th. Given the dominance of male students, the Faculty's traditional football tournament has become the most anticipated activity for students.

Every year, the amateur sports competitions organized by the University of Civil Engineering have brought great significance, attracting a large number of faculty and students to participate and truly becoming a festival for Civil Engineering students, specifically:
